What would be a fair asking price?

I can not seem to find this exact macbook being sold used. You can find mid 2012s with i5s going for $ 450-500, but those all have 4gb RAM instead of 8gb. The pricing seems to be all over the place. The only ones I've seen with the same cpu and ram are going for as much as $ 700, but they all have an ssd. Just can not seem to find this exact one for comparison.
Just looking for some input as to what would be a good asking price.  
It's in excellent condition. All inputs work perfectly and it never has any issues. My wife used it for nothing but making powerpoint presentations and only the most basic tasks.
