Hi great forum here curious if anyone can help?

HP Compaq desktop tower will not turn on: when i press the power button, and red light turns on and then 9 consecutive "beeps" begin, each around 1 second. It then just auto shuts off (không thể truy cập ra the one bit screen).

I'm not too PC savvy hardware. Does anyone know how to fix this-diagnosis and steps for doing so?
