Slow down torps to normal speeds

There needs to be an option at least to slow torpedoes down to historical speeds of 30 knots (German) to 40 knots (UK, but with shorter range). I understand the fast torpedoes are to make the game playable but at certain point it just becomes too easy (if you are the sub) or too lethal if you are its prey). 88-90 knots is too fast. It's as if they had mounted those rocket-boosted glide bombs on U-boats rather than on bombers. An alternate history science fiction scenario. For the sake of the many players who want a simulation (a sandbox), there should be an option to slow torpedoes down to historical speeds. Torpedoes would still be dangerous but they would take care and planning to deploy. Subs should be dangerous but they should not be the Zombie Apocalypse!
