I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customers and clients’ communications:
a. Follow up and develop the customer communication process especially in purchase order (PO).
b. Ensure the follow-up and update on every single delivery.
c. Identify customer and suppliers’ complaint and bottlenecks to proactively provide solutions to improve more excellent performance.
2. Administration & sales support
a. Support the sales manager/Consultant/ Application specialist on administration issues including filing documents.
b. Follow up and manage the inventory, tacking sales to push sales.
c. Tracking equipment & spare parts as well as sample.
d. Prospecting, costing, negotiating and making the contract, then following up tracking and doing correspondence (change products, invoice, payment, etc.
e. Coordinate with customer to set up the training schedule. Ensure AIM staff is available for training which is only given extremely necessary.
3. Logistics
a. Prepare order worksheet & sales forecast.
b. Order equipment & monitor stock level.
c. Tracking import and export shipments.
d. Coordinate with Accounting Dept. & Warehouse keepers to ensue collect receivables as well as deliver products accurately and timely
4. Internal report
a. Monthly rolling forecast.
b. Monthly sales report to management.
II. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Medical, Miscellaneous allowance, Parking, Monthly Bonus, Yearly Bonus, Commission (For Sales) and 13th month Salary.
